Hi guys! Has anyone gotten this issue in my account? It is just happening in production and not in sandbox for one particular customer. Error 500: SSS_USAGE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED Script Execution Usage Limit Exceeded

What are they trying to do? Where are they seeing the error? Do you have any customisations in My Account?
