Hi, I am using advanced pdfs and want to remove the shipping from the items and not have it included in the subtotal , is there a setting for that?

No I think you would n ed to customize the PDF to do that

You definitely would need to customize and subtract shipping from the subtotal

where it says {total} change it to to {total}-{shipping} ( i am not totally sure what the field is for shipping but you can select it in the UI and have it populate in the PDF to you know the field is)
