Is it a risk to change the email address associated with an employee record that is the "owner" of scripts and workflows, and is used as the account for token integration records? Could changing the email address break any integration tokens, scripts, or workflows? The idea is to redirect any error notifications to the new email address. Thank you!

Personally I wouldn’t risk it

I’d create a new user & move everything over instead.

At least that way it’s controlled. You’ll be scurrying around crazily if you do what you propose and it goes wrong

You should be OK with an email update. The script owner is tied to a user record and the email is read off of there. Its only an issue if you're hardcoding emails somewhere.

haha yeah I totally agree with both these sentiments, theoretically/technically it shouldn't be an issue at all...
practically? why the hell would I risk that? 😂

Thanks so much for the feedback! @CD I definitely agree—now that you mention it, I realized that I wouldn’t have even started thinking of it if the business had any licenses to spare to support a second account like this.
