Hi Guys. can you please help me with the following error in celigo: "Failed to save record because Please configure the inventory detail in line 2 of the item list" I tried to create item fulfillment but the error keeps coming, the question here is the inventory details need to assigned on the sales order first to make this works.

The inventory details shouldn't need to be assigned at the SO level. Is there a reason you're not setting them when creating the fulfillment? If you set them when creating the SO, yes they will come over to the fulfillment automatically, but I wouldn't recommend doing that unless 100% of the time the Details on the SO and IF will be the same.

yes i tried it from fulfillment record too,but the same error. the question here is how to map inventory details on celigo, and how extract the right serial item for each item. Do i need to create an other bubble to lookup??
