Hey All i'm having this weird issue in Shopify - NS using Celigo • Discount Item in the Summary it taking from subtotal i have -35 but it showing -1.08

We had this problem too, the header discounts don't work to offset shipping cost. We had to make sure all our discounts came in as line discounts for just that reason.

No, we had to change the way we set the Shopify discounts up.

I think so? I'm not the Shopify person, but the person who did it seemed to figure it out no problem.
