Hello, I have a workflow that displays a custom body field depending on the subsidiary used. The workflow works perfectly in sandbox but in production it doesn't. The sandbox and production instance are identical because a refresh was done shortly. I don't understand why my custom field doesn't appear. I even did a test by making the field mandatory on the form but this one doesnt appear too. The workflow is a simple before load with a display type that hides or displays the field depending the main subsidiary. ``````

Try turning on logging and review the wf logs

I can’t explain why but I have inactivate the workflow and recreate exactly the same and it’s worked Like in sandbox
