:loudspeaker: PSA for using saved searches as workflow action conditions:
The saved search _NEEDS_ to have at least one _non_ summary criteria for it to be available. Even if that criteria is something useless like "`Inactive is any`"

had a summary criteria looking at permissions on employee roles, the saved search had zero non summary criteria.
Chased this one for an hour on Friday afternoon :face_with_rolling_eyes:
