As the moment you inactivate them, access gets removed from them.

07/30/2023, 9:07 AMIdeally, you should inactive the terminated employee record, for any business reason if you can't.
Then just unmark the checkbox "give access" on employee record, Inactivating the record automatically does that I think. And you only need to do this for users with core roles.

08/02/2023, 1:45 PMNo need to remove roles. If you simply need to free up user licenses, then just uncheck Give Access ☑️
