07/28/2023, 8:53 PMAnyone here with NS SSO experience? I want to make the switchover to SAML SSO super simple for my users. Right now it seems they have to go to myapps.microsoft.com and click an icon in there to log in to NS, which is clunky as heck. Surely there’s a nicer way, like a URL to take them directly there?

07/28/2023, 9:08 PMThe worst thing is people going to the NS login page and trying random passwords & locking their accounts. I wish netsuite would detect that they only have SSO enabled roles, and give them a warning page instead of letting them fail. It’s ridiculous

07/28/2023, 10:41 PMYeah we encountered that while testing. There should be a link on there to “log in with your organisation” or something, like other sites have.

07/28/2023, 11:52 PMUnfortunately the SSO implementation of NS is just as you mentioned. They have to login to the SSO provider and click on the link or tile from that provider.
