Hello, I have a problem with an email template, is being sent everytime a customer is created, i have checked all scripts and workflows and cant find from where is being sent. Also I inactivated the template and still gets send, did a little modification to it, adding a word just to be sure it was the one I deactivated and it was sent to a customer with the change, so the one i modified was the correct one

have you checked all the script and workflow running on the records? also check the status of the workflows in not initiating

yeah, there were two WF that were creating an email but the content of the email had nothing to do with the one being set, nevertheless i deactivated them just to be sure and still was sent

What is the email send to the customer ?
Check if you have script on the record
Check the système note / workflow history

had the send auto reply email checked! There are a lot of ways to send emails through netsuite!!
