PO has 3 lines and 2 out of the 3 lines have been received. User accidentally closes the PO but now wants to reopen it. The closed checkbox on each line is set to YES and is not accessible when editing the PO which is in Closed status. What's the best way to resolve the situation?

As admin, I testing on a PO, I was able to edit the closed on each line.

Closed checkbox might be disabled due to a few reasons: • Transaction locked by workflow • Permissions issue (use Full Access or Admin role) • Custom form has closed checkbox disabled (try standard PO form) Have a read of SuiteAnswer #27376: Reopen Closed Purchase Orders
