Hi All, has any experienced working with projects where there is an outstanding invoice amount to be billed but the sales order is not showing the "Next Bill" button ?

What is the billing rule ? Do u have ARM ?

time based rule and yes ARM is also used

Check if it has been overbilled. If the hours invoiced on the SO >= hours planned on the project, the SO will not pull in any new hours to bill.

Can't really recommend action without knowing the full story. Nor should action be taken without knowing. That's going to end up being a business process question. The action taken is going to depend on the situation. Was the overbilling intentional? If so, maybe the planned hours on the project need to be increased. If not, maybe a credit memo is needed. You're going to want to find out the situation with this SO and project specifically and act accordingly.
