any tips for internal company projects? where the whole company writes time.

we created an “internal customer” for each of our subsidiaries and prefaced the names with a period to make it easier to filter/in out of searches; we then create projects under each depending on the various use case (ie out of Sales budget, from Product budget, etc) - peeps are assigned to tasks ad hoc. We’ve been live just over 2 years and i know there’s a max on time entries so for next year we’ll implement new “2024" projects, then “2025”, etc to clean things up a bit; not sure if this is what you’re looking for but thought i’d pass it along
