Is anyone else getting random script execution errors? We get them at random times. Sometimes days pass without an issue, then we get multiple at the same time. "*ERRORMESSAGE:SESSION_TIMED_OUT"* Different records. Different scripts. If the scripts are timing out then they are not running which is not great for business operations! We've been getting the for about 6 months. Initially logged with NS Support who blamed the script Authors (Avalara, Celigo) but then they started happening with NS scripts so now they have filed a Defect but is is U6 - and in previous experience it takes years for a U6 to be resolved. NetSuite also advised it is not a concurrency issue either. I'm hoping ore customers have the same issue to get the Defect escalated and priority raised. Annoyingly, only the script Owner is getting the error so I created a search to pull them out (and the search logs only seem to go back 2 weeks which is annoying) DEFECT: 726245 I recommend you set up a Saved Search with this criteria to see if you get it too.

If this is interfering in business operations you gotta call up and complain a bunch about it. They make everything a U6 for metric purposes. Tell them it affects your revenue and give them somewhat justifiable numbers and it should jump up to a u5 or u4
