Can someone how I can setup case assignment ? Basically if email is coming from abc@gmail.com then how I can assign it to a specific user? Could use some in sight on case rules and case territory

Forward the email to the NS case email address. Then have some work flow assign it... But it might be good to not assign it to a user, but just to a profile. That way if the user takes a day off other users can grab the case.

Very few emails come to that specific email and only one specific user needs to work on it. Not much load delay is fine. Understood how case rules and case territory work after a few tries. Thank you.
