Is it possible to consolidate Work Orders into one Work Order created a from a Sales Order with different Assembly Items?

You could try making a “parent “ assembly with your other assemblies as components. Then check the Mark all subassemblies as phantom box so you build all the “child” assemblies at once under the parent Then make the parent a special WO item and it will trigger a WO from the SO
