Hello A Saved search for transaction is returning different result per employee. Is there any specific permission or something we need to add to that role/employee?

You need to establish what the difference is. Are team restrictions on? Subsidiaries? Something else?

Most likely its the role. Check that the roles have access to the same transaction types. Also, check for any subsidiary or segment restrictions on the roles, or any other applicable restrictions. See what transactions are appearing on one and not the other. That will give you an idea of what is missing.

both of them show Invoice and Credit memo
but just count is different
I gave Credit Memo and Invoice access to that role

Forget the count. Get a list using both employees. Try and establish what the difference is (subsidiary/department/sales team/etc)

Find one transaction that is missing on one and not the other and try to determine what aspect of that transaction the role does not have permissions for.
