👋 Does anyone know why Netsuite restricts CSV import on work orders? Any workaround for updating work orders without a script?
r
Workaround I've used for cutovers is importing a Supply Plan for the assembly, then creating the WO from Mass Create Work Orders.

You can do this via celigo - but expect some pain doing it.

@KevinJ of Kansas Thank you! I performed the import via Celigo

I'm curious, is this done with a paid or free product with Celigo and is there an overview article or knowledge base anywhere? Just getting into Celigo some more myself.
a
Supposedly Celigo will give you 1 record to import for free...which you could choose to be the Work Order.

Looks like you're using the data loader tool, docs here, which is a good tool to work around NetSuite native csv upload limitations. With a free Celigo plan you have one flow and 2 endpoints. The data loader however does only allow for a single import step so if you need something complex you would need to use a normal flow. In a normal flow, I would typically make the source be google drive, ftp, or s3 bucket in which the file would be pulled from instead of uploading directly into Celigo like with the data loader.
