How can I pull a search that shows me all employees/users with Global Permissions assigned to them?

An employee search where global permissions is not none - Or do you need something more complex?

Go to LIsts, and select Users/Employees... which ever one you need. Click on Search Button to create a new search.- Search builder , define the search stuff.. The criteria.. IN the filter tab, add filter to include global permissions. Its something like this.
