Hi, we're about to exceed 250 subsidiary cap, is it possible to have more than 250 subsidiaries and how much does it cost per new subsidiary?

The licensing is per country/currency combination, not individual subsidiary and pricing would depend on your subscription discount level

What is the need for this many subsidiaries? This is extremely rare from my experience.

The client is investing on houses and will later on sell them to the the owner. Guess how the houses had been setup in NetSuite. It could have been an Asset, Project, Custom Segment, Item, but for some stupid reason the implem decided to use Subsidiary. When I saw it at first I was like "What the hell is even that?" Would you sell your company to a customer? Lol.

Got it. Yes, this does not sound like a best practice unless they are truly seperate LLC’s for tax purposes, etc. FAM would be a much more reasonable approach with custom segments if/as required. Let us know if you need any more help with this.
