We are a startup and for multiple reasons, once in a while we need close for a couple of days and we would like to notify Suppliers about this.
• Is there a native Netsuite functionality to send email notifications to a list of emails?

Lists &gt; Marketing &gt; Marketing Campaigns

It can be used for more than just marketing...we use it a lot to send out "mass emails" for updates and such

I will look into this since it is new to me a we don't use the marketing side.

I was planning create a Saved Search to look for those vendors and an schedule the search with a simple message.

You can also use a <https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/section_N524089.html#Merging-Email|Bulk Mail Merge> if you don't need all the marketing features. You will probably have more provisioned as part of your subscription, and it's a couple fewer steps to set up each time.

I believe the Bulk Mail Merge will work; however, I noticed the emails will have a section with links to update/remove subscriptions.
• Is there a way remove that from the email?

Edit the email template, on the Marketing Tab, uncheck "Add Unsubscribe Link to Message Footer in Bulk Merges"
