Our bulk processing says we have 5 transactions with an error of "Rev rec end date can not be before rev rec start date." Yet, when I create a saved search of ALL Revenue Elements, I cannot find a single one that has this problem. Should I be looking elsewhere?

This is usually if you have fulfillments or other triggers outside of the ARM date range

Ah, if I click the Complete link on the Process Status, I can find them. The 5 errors Message link brings me to nothing. Just a Count of errors and the error message.

well, something is off for sure, the script does not like the start/end date difference, it thinks the difference is less than 0

it is the trigger for the plans for sure, seen it many times, you try to trigger out side of date range for start - end date

Also to note, that Arrange is complete.

that is not the issue as I mentioned, it is that your rule triggered something now or some time ago

No. It is actually a cash sale... so it auto-fulfills technically non-technically speaking

are you saying there were no errors until today or you are saying no one ever looks at errors?

Honestly, its not a big deal, the Arrangement did complete and it fine. I have zero clue why it continually has this error. Will bring up with NS support.

its a mess tbh, had times where regardless of allocation settings it just never worked

I do not mind kits with allocations, that’s what it is, not sure if there is a better way, works well with SFDC

The fulfillment piece, and fair value/override. I don't understand what the best solution is. Turn off auto-expansion of kits?

Hey I have seen this error when the rev rec dates were missing altogether, I would dump line item detail of SO and simply check for missing dates. I saw this recently and it was annoying to get that error but I guess there is no error message for missing rev rec dates there should be. I could be wrong but worth a shot

Mine had no missing dates. Only resolution I could find on these was to delete the plans and arrangement and re-generate everything. (and worked fine afterwards)
