I tried calling support, waited on hold for over 30 minutes, then was disconnected.

Called support, got through to someone who asked me to make a case, because he was having the same issue on their own tech support netsuite account

Seems to appear on every page load within NS (Production and Sandbox).

Hitting the escape key will clear it -- My users have found that helpful in dealing with it.

I just spoke to customer support about this. Support rep per my conversation with him "We have everyone working on fixing it. We will keep you updated."

I'm kind of glad this is a bug because I got this problem from a user too and I had no idea how to fix it.
