Hello, has anyone here used the tax exemption functionality in avatax?  We setup an exemption certificate in avalara but can not get the customer to be exempt from tax when we create an invoice

You need to setup exemption certificates no on customer record as well.

Are there instructions on how to setup an exemption certificate on a customer record
