Anyone aware of a way to override the tax value for a sales order line item? We are importing historical sales orders that use the Shopify tax calculation and Netsuite is off by 1 or 2 cents. Just wondering if there is an easy way to solve the tax variance.

there are some settings that can affect precision of calculations/roundings - but why do you want Netsuite to calculate as well?

We dont want it to. It is just the historical taxes we are brining. Current transactions are using Avatax.

So you are bringing in the tax data also, but it does not balance? or you are pointing at a code and the calc does not balance (well or match)?

The point here is if Netsuite is not calculating, no settings can help you

Right we are bringing in the tax. The issue is that Netsuite is still showing a variance even though we are setting the tax rate. It is almost as if Netsuite is recalculating the tax rate.
