We are running into a landed cost problem in Netsuite with Item Receipts. We have a process that sometimes requires adding quantity received to an already created item receipt. In this case, we have discovered that the overall GL Impact for the IR is not fully updated with all of the Landed Cost Template values. When we update the quantity, we see the Accrued Purchases GL impact properly update with the new

quantity * purchase rate

. However, all of our LCT GL impact lines (Duty, Freight, etc) do not get updated on the GL impact, and remains calculated with the original quantity of the IR, not the new updated quantity value. Has anyone seen this before? Why would the GL update for the purchase price * new quantity but not the LCT charges?

Are your using estimated landed cost template by line or landed cost subtab.
