Hi everyone! Is there any happy inbetween for "closing" jobs/projects and using the inactive function? We would like for closed jobs to no longer show up in the client/job dropdown list, not be able to open POs/estimates, enter bills, etc. but would still like to see them on historical reports for revenue and costs. It seems like deactivating more or less makes them disappear from most reports but the most I can find otherwise on the job settings is turning off time and expense report entries. Anyone have this issue?

Yes we run into this as well. The only thing we've tried is what you are describing either turning off allow time and expenses OR inactivating the project. Both are not great options and I wish we had a way to close projects or close individual project tasks Hopefully someone has an answer here
