We use AED currency for transactions in Dubai. We have an issue with the exchange rate integration of Xignite/HSBC. The exchange rate to USD is anchored to 3.6725 but the daily ex rates we get from the integrations have small fluctuations which we need to fix manually. Is there anyway to keep all exchange rates with AED currency (from/to) anchored?

Have you tried turning off the Automatic Update in the AED currency record?

Yes but it affects only the update of exchange rates when AED is source currency. When it's the base currency it still get updated by currencies with Automatic Update activated
