Who here works with print manufacturing and excludes plate/die setup costs from COGS? Is this a typical practice for people?

I have not done print manufacturing in NetSuite. But I have worked in the industry in the past (long ago!). The plate/die setup was always part of the COGS calculation back then.

I wasn't in NetSuite when I did it but we included set up as part of OH COGS since it took about an hour set up the Heidelberg 6 color printer
