We have a OneWorld account and our Rate provider is Refinitiv. We would like to create a new currency record for Switzerland but to do this the system is asking me to enter a Default Exchange Rate. Where can I find the 'Default Exchange Rate'?

this is what it uses for anything prior to when it starts pulling in rates from Xignite (or whichever provider you pick; I think the default is changing to HSBC). It doesn't really matter unless you'll be entering pre-dated transactions (but you should really be digging out an official rate to use). I just googled the exchange rate on the day I created it
