03/30/2021, 9:41 PMthanks for the input. figured as much. In terms of tracking closed rate, does the built-in NetSuite work off of that link, or only works of quotes specifically and just looks at percentage complete of those quotes, (or looks at status of "processed" vs "expired"/"closed" ?)
