I'm trying to but it always gets rejected for some reason

Nothing at all, just that "your file has been rejected" I tried contacting support and they told me there must be something wrong with my file, to look at the template in the manual... Manual that contains a bunch of these tables to "explain" how to create a EFT file.

do you mean that the rejection is at the bank level? looks like it. you need to open the .txt file NetSuite creates and analyze it with this mapping in mind.
