I have a question about integrating Celigo and Shopify -- We started the integration but ran into a roadblock. We sell different categories of items and track our discount by category (so we currently bring all discounts over as a line item and split the discount / change the item type to the type that it is... so that accounting can run a report to see how much of a discount our different item categories sold... the problem lies in the fact that celigo matches shopify header level and line level discounts, and we want every discount to come over as a line item. -- has anyone else done this? what would your solution be?

Through the prebuilt solution, we respect the discount rules applied by the ecommerce systems and the integration follows through with the same impact within NetSuite (Line->Line and Body-> body). If you might wish to change how it works, you should certainly engage their Celigo rep to discuss alternatives. Celigo nearly always has options!
