@Rick Goodrow I think it's usually just done via a journal per pay run, which can get as granular as you need. There is a newish Paycheck Journal feature that may be worth investigating as well.

thanks for the heads up. NetSuite heavily implies this is to be used with a partner solution, but I'll take a look. We do use a third party, but I want a little more reporting in netsuite then one lump sump every month in as a single journal entry.

I guess it depends on how much reporting you're looking to pull out... keeping in mind privacy concerns if you're looking to get a per employee report.
