Im trying to change some invoice preferences but am met by a 
The feature 'Bill Costs To Customers' required to access this page is not enabled in this account.
Where do i find this feature to enable it?

What invoice preferences are you trying to change? If you don't have that feature enabled, that page doesn't really do anything

I just wanted to see what was available on that page. My main goal is seeing if i can provide conditional Invoice record # generation depending on if the invoice was generated from an RMA replacement or if its just a regular sales order. I have a feeling it might be a scripting thing and not something i can change in the UI.
Some of our larger clients can be sent quite a few invoices and being able to differentiate between if it is a sale or replacement sale without digging into the record itself can be useful for both parties.

To turn on the preference it appears to be under transaction preferences

Thats what i was wary of. Sucks because im the only dev/admin at my small company. Another one for the backlog lol
