Hello everyone, I have a problem in a Bill credit form. When I insert the rate and the quantity. The amount is not auto calculated. And if I choose an item where I already set-up the price it works but the amount stick and don’t even change when I pick an item without price preconfigured. Can some1 help with that please ?

Is the same performance on one of the original NetSuite standard forms? Do you have any scripts or workflow deployed? Disable any scripts and see which one causing the issue.

Not the same it works very well using the standard forms. I’ll have a look on scripts

just create another form off the standard one. Should do the trick.
