Hi, we are importing salaries from other software (Netsuite does not support payroll accounting in Finland) with Journal Entry imports. We have allocated the salaries to different projects. For example here we have used Test customer's test project (first screenshot). The account we have used is Salaries. The problem is that we cannot get these to the costs in project profitability reports. We have tried to edit the profitability report (Profitability Configuration in Netsuite) and added this account 5000 to the cost column (second screenshot). Still we cannot get those figures to the profitability report. So is there any way how we can get imported figures to the profitability report?

Have you set the project in the "name" field on the JE?

I'd re look at that filter, is that saying that it has to be one of those account types AND the 5000 account?

Thank you both. I did the both steps, removed all other rows from the filter expect for the 5000 account and then also manually added the same project to "name" field on the JE (originally it was only in the "project" field. First nothing changed even though I recalculated the report but after few minutes I tried again and then it worked!
