Anyone know what the field is to get user notes to appear in a report?
it should be “user notes” but definitely does not show up

There are two "User Notes" in Report Bulder...are you using the one from PO Transactions > User Notes? not the one from source opportunity

I’ve just got this parent of Purchase order transactions
And in this no field for user notes
or user notes in the other fields list without parents as well

It worked for me, i was able to show the user note on this PO register

yup, that’s what puzzling. the only other explanation I can think of is this report was modified from another report and hence perhaps….

The title of the report contained purchase order register so I assumed it was a Po register report.
still the same issue, so yes, looks like i’ll be talking to support

Why do you need user notes in a report?

my Purchasing manager wants to be able to see the notes they made about that PO

And that can't be done in a saved search?
I mean, I can think of better ways to torture myself than opening a case about something I can solve another way

I honestly don’t know why folks prefer reports over saved searches

80-90% odds that gets classified as an enhancement request.
that will never be touched again.
because reports are essentially at EOL stage with workbooks out there.

I actually got two enhancements done after raising enough noise! 🙂 but that was luck !!!
see….i was going to ask - are suiteanalytic workbooks ready to be used for purchases?

like can I feel confident using them or do I need to do tieouts to ensure that the workbooks work correctly?

at this point? I'm probably still 2 full years of enhancements from using them.

data is right in suiteanalytics from what i've seen...it came a long way...but i still don't use it. Saved searches.

Though, odds are they won't look at it, will ask for a webex to take their own

oh yeah, i create the case, then in the email that shows up send the screenshots from there rather than create a .zip file

you might be "guarded" about how you pull up the screenshots that AK47 shared - I know it'd piss me off if someone showed me a conversation shit talking me. haha

That said, I'm pretty sure my NS contact record has the custom field checkbox for "asshole" marked true.
