Is it possible to update an item fulfillment either via workflow or csv to include a custom segment? A custom segment was missed on the sales order which has now been updated but we want to fix this on the IF as well so that it flows through natively for COGS on the P and L? To me it seems NS 's answer is to delete the IF which to me seems very arduous when dealing with thousands across multiple periods. The custom segment is correct on both the item record and the sales order source record for the IF.

I would expect you could script this.

If your custom segment posts to the GL, all your periods will have to be open

Hey Kevin, when I approached it that way it shows that the value is changed once the workflow runs and I look at the workflow history but the transaction value never changes. So the log records it but the change isn't actually made in the system, very strange
