Hello! I'm trying to get our company setup to use the NetSuite Electronic Payments process, but i cannot figure out how to start or if we even have the capability activated. Some of the videos I've seen have shown an Electronics Payments tab or something, and my bar does not. I am an admin, if this helps. Thanks!

In Sandbox first for testing, install bundle 287418, which is the EBP module. There's something weird where it's only available to install on certain days, though I can't remember which ones. You might have to try it each day until it's available. Once installed, start with SuiteAnswer 21729 which is the EBP overview and then there are links from there to do basic setup, how to do basic transactions, etc.
