Has anyone had any success automating depositing payments made via an online source? I would like to automate the deposit of payments on a delayed schedule that correspond to our online store sales. I've automated the rest of the process but can't see anything in the Workflow that seems like it would work.

Are your trying to automate the eCom sites funding data from your bank to NetSuite?

Not quite. Right now our eCom integration eventually generates Payments that we then have to periodically deposit into a NS bank account via the Deposits form. Then we'll pull in statement data for bank rec later on. We would like the Payment records to automatically be deposited without humans having to manually perform the deposit on the payments
