Hopefully this is the appropriate channel: I have a user that wants to add a field to the GL Impact page of a transaction. Is that even possible?

I have never done it, but it looks like you can add something called a Custom Segment. I am not sure if that's if it's tied to a custom segment or something you can add to the GL impact. It may be the former. https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/7741/kw/modifying%20gl%20impact

thanks, looks like i'd have to add the custom segment feature for that. this user just wants to have the related item# listed on the GL Impact view

So along that line: 1) I created my own saved search 2) and put a custom action on the form to redirect to the updated GL Impact search
