Does anyone use MineralTree for ap automation? Any insights?

I am in process of going live
They wanted me to use Administrator role for the integration since their webservice role seems to have issues, I protested and modified their out-of-box webservice role to make it work. Now they will be rolling out that permission sets soon. Other than that pretty straight forward and cost effective. Though I find that on their side user roles are a bit inadequate, you cannot customize it
@beckyd any specific questions?

Thanks! We are fairly certain that we will be going with them after evaluating a few vendors. Main goals are to eliminate manual data entry, streamline payments, and route for approval based on department.

approval routing is pretty good, looked at AvidExchange, Tipalti and Stampli, MT's approval routing is more robust. Also they support multi PO linkage for a Vendor Bill.
most of all cost effective, just by eliminating the manual entry process and approval routing it pays for it self few time over. Note Tipalti's pricing structure is absurdly high.

That is helpful. thanks!

Hi all - I did want to note that Tipalti was recognized by NetSuite as their 2019 SuiteApp of the Year at NetSuite SuiteWorld a few weeks ago. Regarding cost, Tipalti has also rolled out a $299/month package that makes it easier to get started. Hope that helps, Rob
