Good Morning Everyone... One of our Senior Accounting analyst is able to print payment vouchers... We had a new hire last week with the same role, But they are not able to see the same list as the Senior Accounting analyst to print payment vouchers. I even tried assigning the same role to myself and I was also not able to see the list and print payment vouchers. I checked Global permissions as well. Is there some settings that I am missing? Thank you

not sure about payment vouchers, but in cases like this where they have the same role, i also check to make sure one isn't part of a group. groups can be assigned in various places to allow users to see certain things.

Are you sure you queued up transactions to print properly? Sounds more like a process error than a permissions issue.

@Jenny There was no group. Thank you
@KevinJ of Kansas The Senior Analyst is the only person who creates them and she is able to see the data and print them. Do you you think I don't see any data because I don't create them? even as an admin? Thank you

No, I think it's a matter of not taking all the same steps or maybe scripting, workflow or personal preferences that are causing different actions to occur. It could also be that perhaps as admin you have access to more than she does, and there's a box that auto defaults for her that's not defaulting for you because she can only see one.

As administrator you can see and do everything, navigation to get to pages could potentially be different though depending on preferences and role setup

However your account could also have scripts or workflows deployed. I would double check your process and make sure it matches hers, and if it does check the scripted records page and see if there anything impacting that transaction type.

I had to check this box to see the data... So stupid of me.🤣
