@karlenigma sometimes they'll give you a link to the records with the error message. Maybe you have to unapply from credits and deposits and re-save before you can delete? If it's not that, I think you'll just have to search for it based on your particular setup, since I can't think of anything else that should be natively linked to refunds.

If there are payment events on the Billing tab from an attempt to put the refund on the customer’s card, that will keep you from ever deleting the record. NetSuite support confirmed this for me about 6 months back. I think the best you can do is void the transaction at this point is what we came up with.

Thanks both. We did it on the end. Changing values to 0.00 and just depositing them.
