Does anyone know why a Kit Item on an Item Fulfillment shows all the "member items" individually on separate lines of the IF, but then in a different account it only shows the Kit on the iF? WHy would one account show the parent/child hierarchy on the IF but a different account would not?? Is that a setting somewhere? Thanks

Display Components on Transactions checkbox? This is set at the item level, under the Purchasing / Inventory subtab by default
