How are you tracking/identifying Inventory for Assembly Items manufactured under different BOM Revisions? Example: ASSY-ITEM01 Total On-Hand: 300 ea • ASSY-ITEM01 (Manufactured under Rev 02) Qty: 100 ea • ASSY-ITEM01 (Manufactured under Rev 03) Qty: 200 ea I know that if we need to issue revision specific inventory, we might need to generate different Item numbers, but I was wondering what are some of you handling this. Without Serial or lot number, there isnt any tracking.
