Can anyone here confirm whether an invoice's "Billing Address" is a G/L impacting field? Our issue: We have past-due invoices which are posting to accounting periods which we have marked as "Closed - Allow Non-GL Changes". When I attempt to edit the billing address, Netsuite appears to accept the change, but then, re-loading the invoice shows the original billing address, as if I had made no changes. Does anyone know if billing addresses are indeed, G/L impacting? And, if so, could you educate me as to how such would be? I believe taxes are calculated based on shipping address, thus, I expected billing address to be changable.
