For summarized saved search results that are scheduled to be emailed, is there a way to use placeholders or internal IDs in the Introduction field under the Email subtab? I tried using {id} and ${id} but neither works.

Also, is there a way to automatically attach the pdf invoices in an email from a saved search showing the list of open invoices? I tried bulk email mass update, workflow and saved search and it doesn't seem to work.

I don’t believe you can use sourced field values in the intro of an email

You can use a scheduled workflow based on your saved search results to email open invoices
