NS found a bug in some of our existing roles. They recommended creating new roles with the exact same permissions which works but the users don't want to lose their shortcuts, dashboards, etc. We also have records and analytic tools tied to those original roles. I want to try to remove and then add back the roles to the user profiles if that would fix it. I noticed that NS restores the shortcuts and dashboards after adding the roles back to the users. Is there any documentation that proves this or has anyone encountered this? I just don't want to encounter another bug where it works for me but not for the other users and we lose everything.
